This includes the freedom to appoint faculty, admit students, and determine academic standards<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Importance of Freedom of Education in India<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Freedom of education is foundational in a country like India, where a vast majority of people depend on academic success to move forward in life. As such, having the academic freedom to pursue what they want is crucial for the growth and development of the nation.
