The Imaginarium: When OWIS Nanyang Students Saw Their Stories Come to Life

We had a lovely CNY celebration at our campuses this year. Everyone wore red or gold clothes, in the tradition of the festival. The lion dance performers who came to OWIS Nanyang enthralled everyone with their energetic act. There were fun games, activities and tea-tasting ceremonies organised by our Mandarin Department, with help from our IB DP students. At OWIS Suntec, everyone was excited when the “God of Fortune” came to visit our class and handed out hong bao packets. Learners explored the history behind the tossing of the traditional salad, Yu Sheng and had a fun-filled Lo Hei session with their friends.
