However, it&#8217;s crucial that parents set the tone for a positive experience by offering reassurance, steady guidance and optimism. Get your child excited for the day by saying things like, \u201cYou\u2019re going to have so much fun and learn so many new things\u201d!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>10. Create a Goodbye Ritual<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Saying goodbye can be an emotional moment for <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">preschoolers<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, but a goodbye ritual provides some comfort <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">preparation<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">during this transition.
