She holds a Master\u2019s degree in International Law from Durham University, a PGCE from Sunderland University, and is also a qualified barrister in England and Wales. Her academic and professional journey reflects a unique blend of intellectual rigour, legal training, and a passion for education.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Throughout her career, Mrs Branicki-Tolchard\u00a0 has consistently demonstrated excellence in pedagogical leadership. She has successfully led three IB 5-Year Programme Evaluations (2014, 2018, and 2024), each earning multiple commendations for best practice in curriculum development, implementation of core IB elements, and leadership.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">With a background in law and education, Mrs Branicki-Tolchard\u00a0 combines academic rigour with a passion for nurturing global citizens. She has consistently empowered teaching teams through coaching, curriculum design, and strategic development.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">At OWIS Nanyang, Mrs Branicki-Tolchard\u00a0 will work with our dedicated educators and community to enhance the secondary school experience, ensuring students are equipped for success in both academics and life.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cI\u2019m excited to join a diverse and forward thinking learning community that prioritises personalised, inquiry based education.
