Students across the three One World International School campuses have achieved an impressive set of results at the Singapore and Asian Schools Math Olympiad (SASMO) 2026, bringing home a total of 22 medals across Gold, Silver and Bronze categories.<\/p>\n

Leading the celebrations was OWIS Newton Campus, where one student earned a coveted Gold award. This outstanding achievement reflects not only mathematical ability but also curiosity, perseverance and a willingness to take on new challenges.<\/p>\n

At OWIS Digital Campus in Punggol, eight students received awards, including two Silver and seven Bronze medals.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, students at OWIS Nanyang Campus secured three Silver and ten Bronze awards, adding to the strong overall performance across the OWIS community.<\/p>\n

While competitions like SASMO recognise mathematical problem-solving skills, they also encourage students to think creatively, approach challenges with confidence and develop resilience when faced with unfamiliar questions. These are valuable qualities that extend beyond the classroom and support students in many areas of learning and life.<\/p>\n

Whether they earned a medal or not, each student who appeared for the exam demonstrated determination, focus and a positive attitude towards learning.<\/p>\n
