At OWIS Al Jazeera Riyadh, the admission process includes submitting an inquiry, paying the application fee, sharing the required documents, completing an assessment, and confirming enrollment. Parents also complete registration through the Noor system (Madrasty Portal) as per Saudi regulations.

Yes, students are required to complete an assessment, which may be conducted online or in person. This helps the school understand the student’s academic level and ensure the right support is provided.

Required documents include:

  • A copy of the child’s and both parents’ passport
  • A copy of the child’s and both parents’ resident permit (Iqama) or family record (local KSA citizens)
  • A copy of the child’s birth certificate
  • Three recent passport-sized photos of child and parents
  • A company letter acknowledging sponsorship/employment (For Expats)
  • Copy of rental contract or housing ownership
  • Copy of vaccination report
  • Previous year’s final report card and Current year-to-date report card for all grades. The reports have to be certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) of the country of origin and the Saudi Embassy or The Saudi Cultural Attaché in that country.
