For Madlain’s family, joining OWIS Riyadh was the start of a wonderful new chapter. Like every parent, they had one simple wish close to their hearts – for their daughter to feel happy, confident, and excited to learn each day.
It didn’t take long for that wish to be answered. In those first few weeks, they watched Madlain’s natural curiosity blossom in the most beautiful way. Through the IB approach and its Units of Inquiry, learning at OWIS becomes something children enjoy, and the change showed up right at their dinner table. Madlain would come home glowing, full of stories to tell, new ideas to share, and endless questions about the world around her. Her excitement was impossible to miss.
What warmed their hearts just as much was the kindness of the OWIS community. In a diverse, welcoming environment, they watched their little girl make new friends, grow a little more independent each day, and perhaps most precious of all, wake up looking forward to school every morning. For any parent, there’s no greater reassurance than seeing their child so happy.
