On May 12th 2024 OWIS Tsukuba hosted our first information session, and saw an enthusiastic turnout, with over 90 participants in attendance. Among the highlights discussed was the decision to shift the school timeline from August 2024 to April 2025. This adjustment became necessary due to the identification of additional structural modifications required for the building and gymnasium. As part of this transition, we will introduce a ‘bridging term’ spanning from April to June 2025. This period presents a unique opportunity for students transitioning from local and traditional schools to familiarize themselves with our distinct approach to learning before commencing our inaugural full academic year in August 2025.
