Grade 4 students recently completed a hands-on STEM project, designing and constructing their own model volcanoes using paper mache. After building and painting their creations, they brought them to life with a simulated eruption, observing a chemical reaction in action.
Through this project, students developed skills in scientific observation, model building, and collaborative problem-solving, while making meaningful connections between classroom learning and real-world geological phenomena. 🌍✨

This term, our students had the exciting opportunity to take part in a special taiko workshop and live performance with Tokimeki Taiko Juku 🇯🇵🎶
Through this wonderful experience, they explored traditional Japanese instruments and rhythm, enjoyed the thrill of playing real taiko drums, and were inspired by a powerful live performance full of energy and passion.
It was a fun, loud, and unforgettable way for our students to connect with the local community, experience Japanese culture, and make music together! ❤️

Our ECE class recently went on a community field trip to the bus station, bakery, and pharmacy! Along the way, the children learned about different places in the community and the important helpers who work there. ✨
They saw how bus drivers help people travel safely, how bakers make delicious bread and pastries, and how pharmacists provide medicine to help people stay healthy. 👨🍳👩⚕️
This hands-on experience helped the children gain a better understanding of the important roles people play in our community, while making learning fun and meaningful outside the classroom. 😊

Our ECE class recently went on a community field trip to the bus station, bakery, and pharmacy! Along the way, the children learned about different places in the community and the important helpers who work there. ✨
