To ensure a fruitful partnership, we seek agents who share our commitment to integrity, professionalism, and student-centred service.
If you are interested in working with us, our selection criteria is as follows:
- OWIS only engages companies, which have been in existence for at least 6 months and with operations in place to handle the entire student recruitment process. We do not engage with individuals.
- The company must be officially registered, with a proven track record of operating in the educational sector or related fields, preferably as a student recruitment agency, or education services provider.
- If the company is registered overseas, we will require a proof of business outfit, (Company’s proof of address, photos, or business documents as student recruitment agency)
- Agents must have worked with any other private or international school in Singapore.
- Agents must have a good track record in student recruitment and services and must be professional in their dealings.

Yes, we require reference details from you. Preferably coming from another international school in Singapore or any EduTrust certified school in Singapore
Your role involves guiding students and their families through the entire application process. This includes helping them complete the online application form, gathering necessary documents, preparing for interviews or assessments, and providing insights into the visa process if applicable. Being a reliable source of information and support is key.
When your agent application has been approved and contract has been signed, we will engage with you for mandatory pre-course counselling training. Once you become our accredited agent, we organise general meetings, regular trainings, and webinars to support you. Additionally, you can access online resources, school brochures, marketing materials, and attend school events to understand the curriculum, extracurricular activities, and unique selling points of the institution.
OWIS offers attractive remuneration to our partner agents. It can vary based on the student’s grade level and the number of students brought in.
