A Season to Remember: OWIS Athletes Excel in ACSIS

This season’s ACSIS (Athletic Conference of Singapore International Schools) competitions have been a true test of character, teamwork and resilience. Across both OWIS Digital Campus and OWIS Nanyang Campus, our young athletes gave their all.

OWIS Digital Campus

In badminton, the Under 14 Girls team delivered a standout performance, securing both Silver and Bronze medals. The Under 14 Boys also impressed, finishing strongly with a Bronze and holding their own in a highly competitive field.

On the basketball court, the Under 11 Boys and Under 12 Girls  teams demonstrated admirable teamwork and perseverance, earning a well-deserved Bronze in their category.

Our Under 14 Boys achieved all wins this season with strong performances against top schools with stunning scores such as 53 – 12 and 38 – 28.

Also undefeated this season are our Under 14 Girls, with wins such as 47 – 9.

In football, our Under 10 Boys and Under 14 Boys earned Bronze and Silver respectively.

Last but definitely not least, a big shoutout to Lianyu S for finishing in Top 5 in the Cross Country Under 14 Boys category.

OWIS Nanyang Campus

In artistic gymnastics, our male gymnasts showcased strength, poise and discipline across all routines, ultimately securing the title of Overall Champions.

In track and field, the high jump events were a true display of talent, determination and school spirit. Nanyang students claimed an impressive sweep of medals: Gold, Silver, and Bronze in both the Boys’ and Girls’ divisions.

These achievements speak volumes about more than just athletic ability. Our students have shown what it means to be dedicated, gracious in competition and humble in success. Their journey, from training sessions and early mornings to match-day nerves and post-game reflections has shaped not only their performance, but also reflected the OWIS  values they carry with them.

We look forward to many more victories, both on and off the field!
