We are delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Christopher Jupp as the new Secondary Deputy Principal at OWIS Digital Campus, Punggol.
Mr. Jupp hails from the UK and was born and raised in Africa. He brings extensive international experience in Secondary education having led secondary schools and programmes in several countries, including Canada, Indonesia, Bahrain, Thailand and China.
Mr. Jupp is a highly accomplished school leader with a strong focus on Cambridge and IB Diploma programmes, and on ensuring outstanding learning experiences for students. He is passionate about creating school environments where every student is valued and encouraged to develop resilience, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.
Mr. Jupp is driven by a simple belief “that every child holds unique potential; and it is our responsibility as teachers to serve, guide, and inspire them to realise it”. He believes in combining academic excellence with inquiry-based learning, nurturing curious, confident, and globally-minded thinkers ready to contribute positively to our multicultural world.

As the OWIS Digital Campus at Punggol will have its first cohort of Grade 10 students taking the Cambridge IGCSE exams this year and will also have its first cohort of Grade 12 students taking the IBDP exams next year, we are confident that Mr. Jupp’s extensive experience in Cambridge and the IB Diploma programme, combined with his leadership and dedication to student-centred education, will greatly strengthen our Secondary School at OWIS Digital Campus.
