We are excited to share news of the exceptional achievements of our OWIS Nanyang Grade 12 students in the recent International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) 2024 examinations.
Here are some highlights of our IBDP results:
- 95% Achieved the IB Diploma: We are incredibly proud to announce that 95% of our students have achieved the IB Diploma. This impressive accomplishment is a testament to the perseverance and hard work of our students.
- Average Score of 34: Our students have achieved an average score of 34, which reflects the high standards of education and the supportive learning environment at OWIS Nanyang.
- More Students Scoring Over 40 Points: We are thrilled to share that more students than ever before at OWIS have scored over 40 points.
- Highest Score of 44: We are also delighted to announce that our highest score was a near-perfect 44, demonstrating the exceptional calibre of our top-performing student.
These results have opened doors to a variety of world-class universities for our graduates. Our students now have the opportunity to choose from prestigious institutions in Europe, Asia, the USA, Canada, Australia and beyond.
Mr James Sweeney, Head of School, OWIS Nanyang, said, “2024 is our largest cohort to date, and they have achieved our highest pass rate and highest average score, significantly surpassing the world average. We are particularly proud to see the highest number of students scoring over 40 points in our history. These outstanding results are a testament to the hard work and dedication of our students, the support of their parents, and the exceptional commitment of our teachers.”
