One World International School (OWIS) Digital Campus recently demonstrated its commitment to academic excellence by participating in the 19th Singapore and Asian Schools Math Olympiad (SASMO) 2024, one of the largest Maths Olympiad contests in Asia.
We are thrilled to share that SASMO 2024 awarded OWIS Digital Campus with one gold, five silver, four bronze and two honourable mentions out of the record-breaking 57,060 students from 7,333 schools across 38 countries. Additionally, three of our students ranked in the Top 10 and Top 100 in Singapore’s statistics.
This remarkable achievement reflects our dedication to holistic education, where academic rigour is seamlessly integrated with social, emotional and physical development. The students’ success at SASMO 2024 not only brings honour to our school but also qualifies those who scored Bronze and above to represent their countries at the esteemed 10th Singapore International Math Olympiad Challenge (SIMOC) in July 2024.
